In contrast to consulting I don't provide you with the "right" answers but empower you to make decisions and choose the procedures that are right for you.

Sustainable improvement: The process, be it in coaching, in teamdevelopment and dynamics or in a workshop, will enable you to apply the acquired skills not only in the moment but also in the future.

Working from a broad methodogical base enables me to find the right approach to suit your needs and your personalty.

You can profit of my many years of experience of working with individuals and groups in coaching and training.

Together we tailor the frequency and number of sessions or workshops to meet your requirements. A clear clarification of your needs and transparency regarding the content, process and financial investment are very important to me.

Discretion goes without saying.

Location

Workshops are usually offered in-house, i.e. at your company/institution, or in a suitable seminar room.

Individual consultations and consultations in small groups usually take place at my premises in Wetzikon. Other locations or on-the-job counselling are possible and depending on your needs I can offer coaching over skype or by e-mail exchange.  

If you are more of an outdoor person I also offer «Walk with the Coach»-sessions. You can recharge your batteries and nature provides/ offers helpful metaphors. The coach “next to instead of in front of” helps some clients to focus more on their own perception.
