Large Group Events,
1/2-2 days, 30-300+ people
Whether as a one-day workshop or as a kick-off for a company process: a professionally led large group event activates all employees to make use of the so-called 'swarm intelligence'. This can be helpful, for example, in developing the corporate culture, selecting upcoming focal points or topics such as improved customer orientation. The interactive dialogue in a World Café or open space allows participants to engage intensively with the topics in focus. Motivation increases and a common ground is created. At the end, concrete results are achieved and the next steps are identified. A precise needs assessment and a detailed concept are the be-all and end-all. The design is customised to the specific situation and questions. The large group event is not an individual measure with entertainment value but part of an overall process.
Leadership - peer to peer,
2 days
Am I (still) on the right track as a manager? Where exactly do I and my team have potential for improvement? These fundamental questions are often neglected in hectic everyday life. With practical management experience in your backpack, it is worth taking a more detached view of the situation to avoid getting caught up in the hamster wheel. You will look at the leadership role models that have helped and hindered you. In addition, you benefit from new ideas and approaches from other managers and from the leadership coach for leadership decisions that otherwise often have to be made alone in everyday life. You will gain confidence and persuasiveness through the process. Strengthen your leadership personality.
Public speaking - confident and secure, 1 day
No matter whether you work in a business, public or private environment, chair meetings, present projects, conduct important negotiations and/or sales talks; you will achieve more with a winning, competent and confident appearance. In this workshop you will deal with creating that all important “first impression” and your non-verbal and paraverbal appearance. In addition, you will learn various techniques to increase the success of your public speaking.
Leadership: Basics

Are there several people in your company or organisation who have recently taken on or will take on a management role? Then it is probably worth learning or refreshing the basics. This course covers various topics: •Personal understanding of leadership •Leadership styles and situational leadership •Self-leadership and resilience •Team roles and team development •Effective communication (including non-verbal and para-verbal communication) •Delegating correctly •Leading meetings in a targeted manner •Conflicts - conducting difficult conversations •Leading through feedback (motivation and appreciation) •Collegial counselling
Leading between employees and upper management, 1-3 days
Superiors often work closely with their employees on a day-to-day basis. This constant change between management tasks and teamwork often leads to tricky situations. This calls for special skills that go beyond traditional leadership skills. In this workshop you will deal with your understanding of leadership and the various expectations in the context of your leadership role. You will reflect on closeness/distance in this 'sandwich position' and deal with the associated challenges in day-to-day management. 1-2 days, plus staggered in-depth 3rd day on request
Body Language – speaking without saying a word, 1 day
Communication always takes place, even when no one is speaking. Learn the basics of non-verbal communication and improve your awareness in relation to the effect of your own body language on others and to the meaning of theirs. You will deal with the value of authenticity and communicative status. In addition, you will learn more about the meaning of body language within different cultures. Through reflection and work with the body, you will develop a conscious approach to your non-verbal communication.
Challenging Conversations,
1 day
How do I say it? How do I act in the event of resistance, strong emotions or in a blocked situation, be it internally (with collegues), with customers or with other work contacts? A guideline and various communication techniques will help you to put the preparation for the discussion into practice. You will reflect on your own role and attitude, and learn not only about the impact of verbal communication, but about the effects of non-verbal and paraverbal communication as well. Train to hold difficult conversations so that it is easier for you to tackle them and achieve your goal both confidently and respectfully.
Convincing Negotiation,
1 day
Do you want to argue in a professional and psychological convincing manner in important everyday negotiations, for example with customers, service providers, authorities or employees? In this seminar, you will be specifically prepared for such discussions by not only learning negotiation and argumentation techniques based on theory, but also by practising them during the workshop. This will enable you to achieve your negotiation goals through win-win strategies and ensure that negotiating partners will be happy to work with you in the future or support you with a further request.
Change Management and Resistance, 1 day
'You never know what will happen when things are changed. But do you know what will occur if they are not changed? (Elias Canetti) In this workshop, participants will analyse the laws of change. They recognise their own behavioural patterns and deal with their own resistance as well as with the resistance they are confronted with, for example, as managers. They develop self motivated options for action in order to be able to react more proactively to the changes. The workshop can be designed for mixed groups or groups of managers. Change management can also be dealt with as part of team counselling.
Appreciative Communication and Constructive Feedback, 1 day
Communication is a core competence in our day-to-day work, because appreciative communication motivates employees and makes work easier. However, it is not uncommon for misunderstandings to arise. How can these be resolved? In addition to various techniques, we also look at developping the corresponding inner attitude, which is usually also expressed non-verbally and paraverbally. Participants are sensitised. Appreciative feedback is a very valuable tool both among employees and in management. How can critical feedback be given constructively so that it can contribute to positive change? How can feedback be accepted so that the recipient can benefit from it as much as possible? In this workshop, participants will learn various techniques and practise using specific examples from their own day-to-day work.
Conducting Effective Meetings,

Endless meetings without structure and no clear results? This workshop helps you to structure your meetings more efficiently and lead them more effectively. You will reflect on your role and your leadership techniques. You will learn how to activate the participants and how to consciously use not only their potential to your benefit, but their resistance as well. In addition, you will learn to act appropriately and competently in challenging situations.
Resource-oriented Self-coaching, 1/2-1 day
Are you dissatisfied, in need of change or facing other challenges? Make a start and help yourself on your own. Self-coaching does not replace the support of a professional, but it is a valuable first step in dealing with challenges and clarifying the situation. In this workshop you will learn and practice how to activate your inner resources and coach yourself on the basis of given structuring aids and against the background of solution-oriented coaching. You will also use visualisation techniques to clarify the situation. The aim is to use the techniques you have learned profitably for yourself in the correct situation and in the future as well.
Conflict Management,
1 day
Conflicts tend to escalate in the longer term if not addressed in time. You gain the necessary background knowledge about conflict types and conflict behaviour in order to identify conflicts at an early stage, analyse them with appropriate tools and deal with them constructively. The model of escalation stages will help you to do this. Whether you yourself are directly involved in the conflict or are confronted with it in your leadership role: You will be able to use conflicts as opportunities and contribute to the involved parties walking away stronger. This improves team performance.
